Ron Ricci
President/Owner
Ron prides himself on responsible building. As an Accredited Master Builder and a Master Certified Green Professional, Ron knows the importance of sustainable homes that are more comfortable, healthy, save energy, and create less of an impact on the environment.
Ron was born and raised in Rhode Island. After earning a degree in Engineering with minors in Physics and Acoustical Engineering, he spent 27 years in the corporate environment working on quality control and project management. Ron established Ricci Builders in 2002 and jumped into the exciting world of building. He served as president of the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem in 2015 and currently resides on several committees within. He serves on the board for numerous associations, including the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem, NC Home Builders Association, and the National Home Builders Association. He is currently serving as the State Chairman for the NC Home Builder Association Green Building Council.
Ron resides on Belews Lake with his wife, Laurie. In his free time, he loves playing with his church music group and tending to his garden. Read more about our credentials.
Joshua Ricci
Vice President of Operations
While growing up on the job site, Josh was able to learn firsthand the various trades of the construction industry. This knowledge he gained brings a hands-on approach to ensure only quality work is put into our homes.
In his role, Josh oversees all on-site construction progress and works closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure a timely schedule and the utmost quality in the construction of all homes. He holds a degree in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University.
Josh was born and raised in the Triad and currently resides in Winston-Salem. As a member of the Home Builders Association of Winston Salem, he enjoys giving back the community any way he can. In his free time Josh enjoys mountain biking and anything that involves the outdoors.
Chloe Ricci
Jobsite Supervisor
Chloe spends most of her days making sure the boys are doing their jobs. Her favorite work activities include running around the job site, stealing food from workers, and can occasionally be found sleeping on the job.
Chloe passed her beginning obedience class with flying colors and is a pro at handshakes, high fives, and rolling over. In her spare time, Chloe enjoys chewing up indestructible toys and napping on her recliner.
